A yacht club addresses special expectations and distinguished taste is a quality standard. All of these have been carried one step forward and transformed into a very attractive and premium living area.

This Yelken Yacht Club is a prestige project located at Turkmenbasi Awaza region. Beyond being only a yacht club, it is a facility that attracts attention with privileged living quarters.

The facility whose accommodation units comprise 44 villas and 13 aparts has got 396 bed capacity in total. The plenty of activity areas existing in this facility include Sailing Club, Deniz Mercanı Restaurant, Hazar Disco, Hazar Yıldızı Café, Sailing Building, Windsurf Building, Motor Water Sports Building, sports camp, kids club, children’s swimming pool and play grounds, sunbathing deck, a jetty of 525 m2, 2 piers and dry docks area of 5235 m2 for marina services, and a café and market.

Yachting, windsurf, motor water sports can be made in the shores of the Yelken Yaht Club. The facility also has an outdoor swimming pool of 2500 m2.

In a move to regain the magnificence seen in the old postcards of Istanbul, Limanhan is transforming into a unique residence as it prepares to bring a breath of fresh air to the new and niche culture of Karakoy.

Liman Ticaret Han (The Port Trading Inn), a building registered as a cultural heritage at the intersection of Galata Sarap Iskelesi Sokak and Kemankes Caddesi in Beyoglu District of Istanbul, will embrace its former glory thanks to the restoration and transformation project conducted by Polidev. The building whose stories have all been shattered will be reconstructed with a strict adherence to the original façade of the building by using modern techniques. Thus, Limanhan is aimed to be transformed into a living space devoted to the culture of the city.

According to the ground plan, Liman Ticaret Han has got one basement floor, a restaurant and a bar. The site plan includes 5 bedroom stories having a total of 20 rooms, a 6th story which includes a Roof Bar and a terrace. Having a total of 2000 m2 of closed area, Limanhan has got a nice view of the Bosporus and the historical peninsula.

HOVAGIMYAN HAN

Another building that shines at Karakoy Port, among the historical beauties of Istanbul; Hovagimyan Han (Hovagimyan Inn) on Kemankes Avenue. The building which is among the most popular buildings constructed in the Tanzimat (Reform) Era is remarkable with the unique ornaments on its façade.

The building which was designed by Levon Nafilyan, the architect of many remarkable buildings with a considerable place in the architectural texture of the city, has got 6 stories and a total area of 2375 m2. Just like Liman Han, Hovagimyan Han, which was bought and is being restored faithfully to its original form by Polimeks, is also waiting for the day it will be hosting its guests.
