This central development project sets news standards for Golden Horn in both architecture and urban planning. Breathing sea air, the project presents commercial and residential spaces as well as facilities for culture, leisure, tourism and retail. The innovative development processes , standards of sustainability, and the quality of life in this very central and historical location sets the Haliç Urban Regeneration Project apart, answering directly to the future of mixed-use needs.
